A homeless junkie was nabbed by cops yesterday for heartlessly stabbing his elderly aunt in the head inside her Harlem apartment, cops said.

Larry Brown, 57, was picked up by cops at 9:30 a.m. after a tipster spotted him on 137th Street and Lenox Avenue.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said Brown told the cops who busted him, “I know I’m the guy you were looking for.”

He claimed, “I was going to turn myself in.”

Mazzie Garris, 82, was in her West 139th Street apartment Monday when her nephew knocked on her door and demanded cash, cops said.

Brown allegedly attacked Harris, cutting her face and head before making off with nearly $1,000.

Garris was at Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

Charges against Brown were pending.
