The black sheep of Broadway’s Nederlander family has settled his bitter custody dispute with his estranged wife — but he doesn’t seem very happy about it.

Eric Nederlander appeared to be wiping tears from his eyes after Justice Deborah Kaplan signed off on the 11th-hour deal between Nederlander and Lindsey Kupferman over their 4-year-old daughter.

Nederlander lawyer Bernard Clair and Kupferman lawyer Bonnie Rabin said their clients were “pleased” with the confidential deal, which settled all issues over little Mira.
