More than two years after the Bronx Hall of Justice opened its doors, court officers say their radios still don’t work inside — and it’s putting them and the public at risk.

“We handle hundreds of prisoners a day,” John Strandberg of the Supreme Court Officers Association, told The Post yesterday. “There are escape risks, violent offenders.”
