Two hooded, masked thugs were recorded on video cameras as they snuck through a Bronx apartment house moments before they fired four bullets into a closed door — wounding an 11-year-old boy.
Ryan Aguirre is expected to recover from the gunshot wound to his stomach that may have been intended for his 14-year-old sister.
The boy was in his second-floor apartment at 2735 Creston Ave. in the Fordham section about 11 p.m. Thursday when one of the bullets tore through the door and hit him.
“I heard his father screaming, ‘You shot him,’ ” one of the family’s neighbors said. Ryan went to the door because his father was asleep on the couch, neighbors said.
Ryan was rushed to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition but did not need surgery, according to the family.
