WASHINGTON — They might not be Irish, but their eyes are smiling. The Keltic Dreams Irish Dancers, a troupe of 7- to 12-year olds from PS 59 in The Bronx, will take center stage today at the White House St. Patrick’s Day Celebration.

The dance troupe will jig it up at a reception for Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen.

“This is an absolute dream come true and we hope to make everyone that supports us very, very proud,” said Keltic Dreams director and founder Caroline Duggan.
