A waiter served up a baby rescue yesterday when he plucked a 3-month-old neighbor from a burning Bronx house and rushed him to safety, officials said.

Moises Bermudez, 23, was roused from his sleep by his mother in their second-floor apartment after the fire broke out at the private home on Coster Street in Hunts Point around 9:30 a.m., sources said.

Bermudez then heard the boy’s mother screaming from the basement and sprung into action, jumping down from the second floor and scooping up the baby.
