Two innocent bystanders were shot – including a 61-year-old woman – when a fight broke out on a Brooklyn street Monday afternoon, police sources said.
Gunfire erupted just after 2 p.m. during the argument between two men and a woman on East 31 Street near Snyder Avenue in East Flatbush.
Along with the 61-year-old victim, who was struck above her left eye, a 47-year-old man was grazed on the forehead, cops said.
Both victims were taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.
A nearby resident who heard the shots said he’s noticed more shooting recently in the neighborhood.
“I heard three shots. For the last few nights, I heard a lot more gunshots than I’m accustomed too,” said Evan Knight, 72.
Two men were apprehended at the scene, but police have not yet recovered any guns.
