A livery cab driver was fatally stabbed during a robbery in Brooklyn early Thursday.

The cab driver was sitting in his vehicle at Dumont Avenue and Shepherd Avenue in East New York when he was attacked at 12:52 a.m., police sources said.He was taken to Brooklyn Hospital where he was declared dead. The suspect fled the scene.
