You can’t fight City Hall — but you can tell it today what you think of proposed taxi-fare hikes.

A public hearing on the inevitable increases — which would average 17 percent — is scheduled for 11 a.m. in the Taxi and Limousine Commission’s headquarters, at 33 Beaver St. It will be the last such hearing before the panel’s board votes Thursday.

“We strongly encourage the public to come,” said TLC spokesman Allan Fromberg.

The average ride would jump from $11.82 to about $14, and Manhattan trips to and from Kennedy Airport would go from $45 to $52.
