A hit-and-run driver slammed into a livery cab early Monday morning in Manhattan, seriously injuring a passenger in the for-hire car before fleeing the scene on foot, cops said.

The smash-up happened at around 12:30 a.m., when the driver of a black Acura heading east on 129th Street in Harlem smashed into a for-hire Toyota that was going north on Park Avenue, police said.

A 63-year-old woman in the cab, who hails from Maryland, was injured in the smash-up. She was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem where she is in serious but stable condition, cops said.

The driver of the for-hire car, 47, was also taken to the hospital, where he is in stable condition, police said.
