A cabby who fatally struck an elderly woman in lower Manhattan was let go with just a ticket, cops said Sunday.

Bouchouata Miloudi, 44, of Brooklyn, was arrested just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday and charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian and failure to use due care, according to police.

Miloudi was making a left turn on Broome Street from Centre Street when he struck the 80-year-old, whose name was not released, the NYPD said.

The cabby was taken into custody at the scene.

Police said Miloudi was given a desk-appearance ticket and is due in court on a later date.
