A peeved Manhattan man was arrested for stalking and terrorizing a fellow motorist whom he blamed for destroying his son’s birthday cake, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Ricardo Vargas’ kid’s cake was allegedly smashed when Vargas had to stop short to avoid a collision with Edwin Galaraza’s car last September in Brooklyn.

Since then, Vargas, 34, has allegedly menaced Galaraza with a knife, pretended to have a gun and said “I’m going to make you bleed” in separate incidents, law-enforcement sources said.

Vargas was charged with menacing, harassment, stalking and weapon possession.
