Convicted con man Hassan Nemazee’s kids have less than a week to vamoose from their luxury TriBeCa condos so the feds can sell them to satisfy a pending forfeiture order against their crooked dad.
Nemazee, who pleaded guilty last week to a $292 million bank-fraud scheme, is part-owner of the apartments at 99 and 101 Warren St.
Nemazee agreed to let the US Marshals Service auction them off, according to papers filed in Manhattan federal court.
