The “eyes and ears” of Brooklyn’s Finest received a tall salute in Canarsie during a pomp-filled awards ceremony for the 69th Precinct’s Auxiliary unit. Volunteer officers were lauded for their crime-fighting assistance at a full-court program – held at PS 66, 845 East 96th St. – which featured appearances by police brass from Patrol Borough Brooklyn South and the 69th Precinct, 9720 Foster Avenue.
