A 73-year-old man was clinging to life last night after being hit by a car in The Bronx while taking his evening walk, cops and pals said.

The victim, whose name was withheld, was hit by a four-door Acura as it turned from Bruckner Boulevard onto Jarvis Avenue in Pelham Bay at around 6:10 p.m.

He was rushed to Jacobi Hospital in critical condition. The driver was not charged.
