A powered wheelchair lies wrecked on a West Islip, LI, street yesterday after its owner was killed by this black Mustang right near the hospital from which he had just been discharged.

Gary Johnson, 55, of Dix Hills, had left Good Samaritan Hospital at around 6:30 a.m. when he was struck by the car driven by Nancy Mecca, 39, of Shirley, cops said.

Suffolk police have ruled the collision an accident, and Mecca, who was admitted to Good Samaritan with minor injuries, will not be charged.
