A woman was killed yesterday by a car that repeatedly ran over her in New Jersey, according to reports.

“Run back and forth, back and forth, couple of times, I counted. It’s like at least more than three times,” witness Susie He told WCBS/Channel 2.

The victim was struck in Fort Lee at 5:20 p.m. at Anderson Avenue and Inwood Terrace.

Authorities have made an arrest, law enforcement sources said, though details weren’t disclosed.

Retired nurse Pam Roseland ran to the unidentified victim. “I just kept talking to her. I didn’t know what else to do. She was definitely very, very hurt,” Roseland told the station.

Hasmik Manoukain, 43, said her husband Nazarit, was coming back from work when he saw the incident.

“He didn’t know a woman was killed,” she said. “He yelled ‘stop stop’ and he was holding the handle and the guy was back forth, back forth and the lady was on the floor. My husband, he was trying to open the door, but it was locked.”

Wells Fargo bank manager Gene Hoffman, 42, said he was on a conference call when he heard “the start and stop of tires spinning – it happened four or five times.”

“When I got up from my desk, I heard people screaming. The body was all mangled. I haven’t seen anything like that since I was overseas in combat in Iraq,” he said. Hoffman served in the Army National Guard for 20 years.

“I just want to pray for the victim’s family.”

Port Authority cops at the airports and bridges were told to be on the lookout for the suspect, sources told The Post.
