A lawyer in Queens didn’t have to go very far to find his next client.

Herbert Kellner says he’s furious his 2008 Infiniti was damaged by corrosive paint dripping from the parking-lot ceiling at the Queens Criminal Court building Sept. 2. He wants the city to pay. A spokeswoman for the city Law Department said she could not comment because the notice of claim had not been received.
