ALBANY — The late Gov. Hugh Carey has recently been the subject of a symposium on government leadership, and next will be honored with a memorial Mass in Albany.

Carey’s family is announcing that the Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Albany’s Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
