Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie has quietly filed court papers asking a judge to add his name to that of his love child.

Heastie called himself the “biological father and a natural guardian of . . . Taylor Hanako Robertson,” in papers filed two weeks ago in Bronx Supreme Court.

The speaker said he and baby mama Alvita Robertson had agreed in September 2013 that their 6-year-old daughter should be known as “Taylor Hanako Robertson-Heastie.”

The court filing came on Feb. 13 — 10 days after Heastie’s sudden rise to power, following the resignation of Sheldon Silver.

It wasn’t clear why Heastie waited so long to move for the name change.

Michael Whyland, Heastie’s spokesman, declined comment on the issue, saying, “We will never discuss [Heastie’s] personal matters.”

The court filing included boiler-plate language explaining that little Taylor was not changing her name to dodge criminal charges, bankruptcy, judgments, liens and child or spousal support.

Taylor was born in New York on June 7, 2008, according to court papers. She and her mom now live in Baltimore.
