Bronx Assemblywoman Carmen Arroyo paid campaign cash to her grandson who just got out of jail for ripping off a taxpayer-funded nonprofit, records show.

She reimbursed Richard Izquierdo Arroyo a total of $248.13 for “materials” and a “fund-raiser meeting,” and gave his partner, Ricardo Cosme, $41.60 for “materials.”
