Cassie Ventura burst into tears on the witness stand Friday when pressed about the depraved sex acts Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly forced her into — and beatings he inflicted during his twisted “freak-offs.”

The pregnant R&B singer, 38, had kept her composure throughout an invasive two-day grilling by Combs’ defense attorneys, but lost it when the questioning returned to Manhattan federal prosecutor Emily Johnson.

When asked how she felt getting beaten by Combs during the sex marathons, Ventura responded: “Worthless. Um, just like dirt. Like I didn’t matter to him. Like I was nothing. Absolutely nothing.”

The mom of two‘s sobs came as her fourth total day of testimony ended, with Johnson asking her about the defense implying that she had “cherished” the highly-choreographed sex sessions — where Combs allegedly forced her to sleep with male escorts while he watched.

“How would you describe an escort urinating in your mouth while you were on the floor?” Johnson asked — drawing a quick objection from the defense, which was sustained, and prompting Ventura to begin crying.

Ventura’s tears kept flowing as Johnson continued her line of questioning, asking how many times Combs pressured her to participate in a “freak-off” while she had a urinary tract infection.

“Frequently,” she responded.

The rapid-fire exchange was the most emotionally charged during Ventura’s two final days on the stand in Combs’ sex trafficking trial — a span in which the Bad Boy Records founder’s defense repeatedly tried to undercut the star witness’ sensational testimony.

But Ventura gave little-to-no ground to Combs’ defense lawyer Anna Estevao.

The eight months pregnant mom of two unflinchingly read scores of X-rated texts she had shared with Combs over the decade-long relationship, rebuffed veiled attacks against her assertion that he raped her after their breakup and snarkily addressed insinuations about her past drug use.

When the prosecution took questioning back over, the conversation grew like a crescendo in the packed courtroom.

Ventura first began to tear up as Johnson about the $20 million settlement she received from Combs after she filed a bombshell 2023 civil lawsuit against him.

“Would you give that money back if it meant you never had to have freak offs?” Johnson asked.

“If I never had freak offs I would have agency and autonomy,” Ventura said, choking up. “I wouldn’t have had to work so hard to get it back.”

Johnson asked how many times Ventura tried to tell Combs she didn’t want to do his “freak-offs.”

“More than once,” Ventura said, letting out a loud sob. “I’m sorry,” she said to the judge, as she grabbed a tissue, dabbing at her right eye.

At another point, a tense Combs began cracking his knuckles as Ventura testified that she basically became a “sex worker” for him because of all the work and preparation she had to do for “freak-offs.”

Ventura told jurors she didn’t get to do many things to wanted to in her career “because I had a whole other job … basically a sex worker.”

Judge Arun Subramanian struck Ventura’s statement from the record after Combs’ lawyers objected to the statement.

Afterward, Johnson asked Ventura: “When you said you had a whole other job did that involve participating in ‘freak-offs?'”

“Yes,” Ventura responded.

Johnson also quizzed Ventura on whether she was actually a willing participant in the “freak-offs,” as Combs’ defense attorneys tried to imply.

“Throughout 11 years in relationship with Sean, who did you want to have sex with?” Johnson asked.

“Just him,” Ventura replied.

“Anyone else?” the prosecutor continued.

“Not at the time,” Ventura said.

When Ventura finally left the courtroom, she did not appear to make eye contact with Combs.

She walked right past the defense table, looking stoically straight ahead toward the door, as if she had tunnel vision. She was followed out by her attorney and her husband Alex Fine and a small entourage.

In a statement afterward, Ventura called her grueling four days on the stand “extremely challenging” but also “remarkably empowering and healing for me.”

“I hope that my testimony has given strength and a voice to other survivors, and can help others who have suffered to speak up and also heal from the abuse and fear,” Ventura said.

“I’m glad to put this chapter of my life to rest. As I turn to focus on the conclusion of my pregnancy, I ask for privacy for me and for my growing family.”

Combs gave his attorney, Estevao, a big hug when she finished her cross examination. She reciprocated the hug.

The disgraced former mogul faces charges of sex trafficking and racketeering that carry up to life in prison, if he’s convicted. He has pleaded not guilty.
