Mayoral candidate and supermarket magnate John Catsimatidis is footing the bill for a lawsuit brought by Queens GOP chairman Philip Ragusa.

Ragusa is suing three councilmen from his own party over a coup at the city’s Board of Elections, a source said.

The suit, filed last week, names Councilmen James Oddo and Vincent Ignizio of Staten Island and Eric Ulrich of Queens.
