Two good Samaritans this afternoon rescued a fisherman who fell off his boat into the chilly waters of Eastchester Bay in The Bronx.

They heard a frantic woman screaming that a man was floundering in the bay around 5:10 p.m. — so they jumped into the nearest boat on the shore and rowed out to him.

The men found the victim clinging on a buoy, grabbed him by the arm and towed him safely to shore.

Emergency responders took the victim to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition.

The man fell out of his boat after he reached for a seat cushion that he dropped in the water and lost his balance.
