FDNY investigators probing the fire that destroyed the Serbian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Sava in Manhattan last week are trying to hunt down a Twitter user who has been justifying the blaze.

The account user, who goes by “Black Intifada,’’ was targeted after he tweeted, “This church was built by money earned selling slaves. Good riddance.”

He posted a copy of what he said was a subpoena the FDNY sent to Twitter a day after the May 1 blaze demanding the company “provide IP address, and identity of member to find a possible location for the subject.”

The document says the information is needed “in connection with . . . an ongoing investigation into a church fire,” and tells them not to alert the subject.

But Black Intifada, who declined to give his real name, told The Post that Twitter forwarded a copy of the subpoena.

“I didn’t threaten to burn the church down. I just don’t like the past of that church. It was built through slavery,” he said.

FDNY spokesman Frank Gibbon said the subpoena “was precautionary due to his comments online” but couldn’t elaborate.
