Incoming Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott yesterday dismissed claims by predecessor Cathie Black that she was the victim of sexism.

Walcott, who worked closely with Black as deputy mayor, told Fox 5’s Good Day NY, “I didn’t see any issues of sexism.”

Mayor Bloomberg last week gave Black the boot after a shaky three-month tenure and named Walcott as her replacement.

Walcott insisted he would continue to fight for Bloomberg’s policies.
