The female director of the city’s Civilian Complaint Review Board has withdrawn her lawsuit against its former male chairman for allegedly calling her a “p–y.”

CCRB Director Mina Malik made the announcement Tuesday, days after embattled Chairman Richard Emery resigned over the controversy.

“We thank Mayor de Balsio for taking swift and decisive action in responding to our concerns and for accepting the resignation of Mr. Emery,” Malik said.

Emery stepped down from the independent-police-watchdog agency April 13 after being sued by Malik and another female CCRB staffer over the sexist remark. Emery said the comments were actually meant for NYPD officials who suggested a slap on the wrist for cops who punched a man on a stretcher.

Emery had also faced criticism for comparing police union chiefs to “squealing pigs.”

Malik’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, said his “clients reserve the unfettered right to re-institute the proceedings should they be mistreated or retaliated against in any way.”
