Lawyer Dominic Barbara’s comeback plan suffered a setback yesterday when he was busted for allegedly violating an order of protection against his ex-wife, Leslie Barbara, sources told The Post.

He was arrested at a hotel on Long Island and was expected to be arraigned on a charge of contempt of court today.
