Gwyneth Paltrow and Tom Cruise may have to change at home the next time they head to the gym.

The city this afternoon issued a vacate order for the basement changing area of the Soul Cycle in Union Square, a favorite haunt of celebrities.

Officials the cellar at the 12. E. 18th St. club has no secondary exit and is therefore unsafe.

The workout room on the street floor remains open — for now.

Officials said it has no certificate of occupancy, public assembly permit and hasn’t been approved to operate as a health club by the Board of Standards and Appeals.
