Gov. Cuomo fired off a warning yesterday to motorists who text or yak on cellphones while driving: Cops are on the lookout for you.

More than 65,000 motorists have been slapped with tickets this year for violating a ban on using cellphones and other hand-held devices, Cuomo said.

Although the law was signed in July, an especially tough initiative, dubbed “Operation Hang Up,” went into effect yesterday.
