‘Cell’phones nixed
BRIDGETON, NJ — Guards seized more than a dozen illegal cellphones from inmates at a South Jersey prison this week, according to a published report.
Correction Department officials told The Press of Atlantic City that the inmates use the phones to secretly communicate with each other, intimidate witnesses and direct drug and other illegal activities.
