A cement truck in Queens struck and injured two kids and an adult Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The three pedestrians were hit at Junction Boulevard and 55 Avenue around 2:34 p.m., according to cops.

All three were taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center. The adult suffered a leg injury and is in serious condition, while the two kids have minor injuries, police said.
