A 7-year-old boy was caught on video leaving a note threatening to bomb a Queens charter school inside the school’s bathroom Thursday afternoon, police sources said.

The note was found in the second-floor boys’ bathroom at the Success Academy of Rosedale on 249th Street near 147th Drive at around 1:50 p.m., according to police.

The school was temporarily evacuated while the NYPD’s Emergency Services Unit conducted a search, but staff and students were allowed to return after the unit gave the all-clear, the sources said.

The boy will be issued a juvenile report and released to his parents, according to the sources.
