Mamma mia!

A busboy at Italian food mecca Eataly says a chef was more interested in his derriere than making sure the pasta was al dente.

Jose Ariel Herrera claims in a new sexual harassment lawsuit that a chef named “Alan” at the Flatiron Eataly repeatedly groped his behind and made remarks like, “mmm…what a delicious ass you got there.”

When he complained to a manager he was sacked in November. Herrera filed the harassment claim as part of a larger class action wage theft suit. Three more former Eataly employees– largely line cooks– filed a second class action case on behalf of 1,200 colleagues claiming they were required to work through unpaid meal breaks. The suits seeks unspecified damages.

A spokesman for Eataly called the sexual harassment claims “false” and “vigorously denied” the other allegations.
