A poultry chef is crying fowl on his partner for continuing to use the kitchen maestro’s name and face to promote their Manhattan restaurant after ousting him from the eatery, his suit alleges.

Antoine Westermann, a “world-famous,” three-star Michelin chef, claims partner Francis Staub booted him from Le Coq Rico in August but fools customers into thinking Westermann is still involved with the operation.

That’s according to a suit Westermann filed against the restaurant last week in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Despite his ouster, Westermann’s name, face, and profile are still plastered all over the East 20th Street eatery’s web site and social media, he says.

Known as “The Bistro of Beautiful Birds,” Le Coq Rico is deceiving customers “because it trades on Chef Westermann’s name and reputation by suggesting that Chef Westermann continues to control the kitchen and the quality of the restaurant, when in fact Chef Westermann has been stripped of all control over the restaurant’s operations and quality.”

Le Coq Rico did not return messages.
