A Chelsea apartment complex split between co-ops and rentals is battling over who gets to swim in the pool.

London Terrace Gardens is taking London Terrace Towers to court after the Towers declined to renew a 1994 sharing agreement.

The half-Olympic-size indoor pool with sun deck is in one of the co-op Towers, whose board now wants to shut out the Gardens’ renters, according to court papers.
