Police on Thursday released heart-stopping video of a gunman opening fire on a crowded Bronx basketball court, sending terrified kids and adults running for their lives.

A 16-year-old boy was shot in the foot and a 47-year-old man was hit in the arm when a male suspect ran up to the gate of the basketball court at Walton Park near the corner of Walton Avenue and East 181 Street around 7 p.m. Wednesday and started blasting away, police said and video shows.

The video shows park-goers sprinting in all directions while some fell to the ground to avoid the gunfire. A second suspect was with the gunman but did not fire any bullets, cops said. At least four rounds were fired, police said.

It was not immediately clear if the shooting was gang-related, but cops are considering that a possible motive,  police sources said.

Both victims were brought to New York Presbyterian Hospital, where they are listed in stable condition, officials said.

The gunman was last seen fleeing northbound on Jerome Avenue and is described as a black male with a slim build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and green, black and white sneakers.

The second suspect, described as a Hispanic male with a slim build, medium complexion and Afro-style hair, was last seen fleeing westbound on Walton Avenue. He was wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers and a white undershirt.
