The mother of a Queens woman who was raped then beaten to death last year will get a special US visa to confront her daughter’s killer at his sentencing.

Rep. Gary Ackerman (D-Queens) obtained visas for Guihua Yu, the mother of slain Yu Yao, and her brother-in-law, who both live in China.

Yao, 23, was raped and killed with a pipe by Carlos Salazar Cruz in Flushing on May 16, 2010.
