A Chinatown butcher has admitted to selling mislabeled and uninspected meat, including passing off beef bones as “Confucius Style Duckling,” according to authorities.

The Manhattan US Attorney’s office previously sued Chung Shing Meats for the foul practice, which is in violation of various federal laws, and included hawking some 400 pounds of questionable meat products.

The shop on Tuesday agreed to cease operation until it complies with federal laws — and also agreed to undergo various inspections in the future, per court papers.

“The defendants repeatedly sold uninspected meat products, in some instances selling uninspected beef bones as ‘Confucius Style Duckling,'” US Attorney Geoffrey Berman said of the store, located at 19 Catherine St. in Manhattan.

“No style of duckling is composed of beef bones, let alone uninspected and potentially tainted beef bones. The defendants put people at risk,” Berman said.

The butcher’s attorney, Yat Man, said his clients hadn’t intentionally violated the laws and planned to comply.

“There’s not been complaints by anybody in the community as to the quality of the meat,” he said.
