A suspect in the execution-style murders of two Chinatown women pleaded not guilty to charges he intimidated a witness in a different case.

Song Fei Li, 34, was arraigned on charges that he flashed a gun and told a rival Chinatown bus driver who’d had an order of protection against him that he’d “kill you and your whole family” unless he dropped other still-pending criminal charges against Li.

Li was busted last month boarding a China-bound flight at JFK. Cops believe he was fleeing after the murders of Xiao Li, 70, and Yong Hua Chen, 36, in Chinatown this year. He has not been charged in that case.
