Oskar Schindler’s heir is fighting to keep a copy of his “list” out of the hands of collectors.

Marta Erika Rosenberg is seeking a court order blocking the sale of a purported Schindler’s list by memorabilia dealer Gary Zimet.

“She wants it off the market,” lawyer John Gleason said. “She doesn’t want it sold as a trinket for somebody’s bookcase.”
