A top Chipotle executive took a plea deal Friday in Manhattan court for allegedly using an illicit courier service to get cocaine delivered to his Union Square apartment.

Mark Crumpacker, the burrito chain’s chief creative and development officer, copped to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

If he continues outpatient treatment and submits to drug testing for one year, the charge against him will be dismissed.

Crumpacker, 53, was overseeing Chipotle’s recovery from an E. coli outbreak when he was busted in July for ordering from the high-end delivery service.

Authorities intercepted Crumpacker on wiretap scoring cocaine 13 times during an investigation into the dealing operation, according to prosecutors.

Crumpacker was one of 18 defendants in the indictment, which also included a Fox Business Network producer and a Merrill Lynch associate.

Chipotle put him on leave but reinstated him a few months later.
