City Council Speaker Christine Quinn had a message for anyone who doesn’t like her brash style: “I’ve always said I’m a pushy broad, and I’ve always said I want to get things done.”

She told MSNBC yesterday during an interview on the Supreme Court and gay marriage, “Sometimes, to get things done, you have to be aggressive.”
