New York may be moving toward legalizing gay marriage, but don’t expect the Garden State to follow suit.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie yesterday said he’s opposed to same-sex marriages — although he supports civil unions for gay couples.
“I couldn’t change my mind on that, but I am in favor of making sure that homosexual couples have the same type of legal rights that heterosexual couples have.”
