Cipriani has paid off its tab.

The high-priced restaurant empire said yesterday that it had settled with Capital One Bank over a $4 million debt that nearly forced it to auction off its inventory, fixtures, kitchen equipment — and even “signature recipes.”

Co-owners Giuseppe Cipriani, 45, and sister Giovanna, 46, had been scheduled to face off with Capital One in Manhattan Supreme Court today.

But the 11th-hour settlement means it can continue serving its famous $65.95 grilled scampi with radicchio di treviso salad.

“We are pleased that we have resolved our dispute with Capital One Bank,” the family said in a statement.
