The de Blasio administration on Monday agreed to settle a long-standing legal fight with the feds over alleged abuses at Rikers Island, agreeing to key reforms, including the installation of 7,800 surveillance cameras over the next two years.

Selected correction officers will wear body cameras through a one-year pilot program, and all staff involved in use of force or cell extractions will now be required to record the events with hand-held video cameras.

A federal monitor will oversee the reforms.
