A pal of Mayor de Blasio received city permits to throw a raucous bash at an East Williamsburg warehouse despite community opposition and the state rejecting its application to serve booze.

Developer Jamie Wiseman, who has given $10,950 to de Blasio’s campaigns since 2011, planned to host a nightly $70-per-person party at the venue, called The Brooklyn Mirage, on Stewart Avenue, records show.

Concert promoter Cityfox requested a permit to serve alcohol from the state on May 8. But the State Liquor Authority denied the application, asserting it would cause a “substantial degree of risk and hazard.”

Organizers served booze anyway, according to state officials.

The city revoked the permits after an NYPD/SLA raid Thursday.

Community leaders called the city’s decision to approve the permit in the first place “unfortunate.”

Reps for Wiseman and Brooklyn Mirage did not return messages. A City Hall spokesman declined to comment.
