City Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez pleaded guilty Wednesday to disorderly conduct stemming from a rowdy immigrant rights protest last month.

Rodriguez (D-Manhattan) copped a deal with prosecutors that’ll spare him any jail time as long as he stays out of trouble for the next six months, officials said.

He was accused of blocking an ambulance during a Jan. 11 protest on Centre Street in support of immigration rights advocate Ravi Ragbir, who is fighting deportation.

“We will continue to unapologetically resist any attacks on immigrants,” Rodriguez tweeted Wednesday morning. “We are the majority and we will prevail. Thank you to my brothers for standing with me today.”

Fellow Councilman Jumaane Williams (D-Brooklyn) was also arrested that day and his case is still pending.
