A West Point student from Manhattan is among the winners of this year’s Rhodes Scholarships, it was announced this morning.

Alexandra Rosenberg, who is ranked number one in her class will study global health science next year at Oxford University.

Rosenberg, 21, is a graduate of Hunter College High School and has won prizes at West Point for chemistry, psychology and history.

Past winners of the prestigious award include President Clinton and former Knick and New Jersey Senator Bill Bradley.
