A court on Tuesday rejected the city’s efforts to further restrict racy adult establishments.

The 3-2 ruling by the state Supreme Court Appellate Division focuses on changes to 1990s zoning regulations that shuttered many of the city’s strip clubs, adult bookstores and movie houses.

The city’s law office said it was reviewing the ruling.
